It goes on easy and stays a little longer. I would like to get a pink not to pale and not so mauve rose. I use the gold over the wine to lighten. I am a senior and look best as a blonde in true pink.I bought this as a topper to use with my matte lipsticks for the occasional special event or evenings out. It works great--adds an iridescence and doesn't smear underlying color.
