The bags I received had slight blemishes to the stamped leather portions.I also noticed there is a smaller amount of epoxy that wept threw or didn’t get wiped while they put the river in.Those are my only complaints, these bags are super comfortable, they are definitely larger than other occidental bags (length wise) so consider that before buying. But the bags are big spacious enough to get your hands in with gloves on, storage is nice. No complaints other than the defects to the look of the bags. Maybe a discount is in store ? *wink * wink *I own and operate my own framing business since 2007. IMO this is the best framing belt. I'm on my second one now. It has good accessible pockets in the right places. It's a good balance of light vs durable. My favorite thing is the way it spreads the weight around your hips and the sides won't shift out of position because they're fixed to the belt. I've never been able to tolerate suspenders. I think that's a band aid fix for a poor fiting belt anyway. Just a shift in hip discomfort to murder on the shoulders. Anyway.... Hammer loop is high and tight too like it should be to avoid dreaded handle leg wacking. The nail pockets and square on the left, tape/pencils/mic tools on the right I like. One thing to be aware of is if you want your tape up high on your hip that's not an option here. I put my fat max30 in the far outside right pocket which is great. Doesn't get knocked out and I can toss it in and out efficiently. I also enjoy the plastic sleeve for a torpedo level and the cats claw sleeve on the left side. It doesn't let the claw hang low enough to get into my leg either. Great Product. Most important tool for the framing fieldFits perfect . Very happy .Husband loves them and they last! Just be carful ordering the right side. I almost got the left-handed one instead of the rightI have rocked the hell out of the oxy tool bags for years and just when I thought they couldn't get any better they come out with this one. I love the large pockets and how they stay open. I can actually keep my gloves on to get shit out of my bags. The integrated bag-pouch design is a game changer. No more bags sliding off the belt and dumping all my nails and shit all over the snow when I grab them out of the pick up every morning. My hammer handle doesn't bang against the back of my knee anymore when I walk. I love how it has the suspender rings already built in. I can't use them without the suspenders because they slide off my skinny ass if I don't. Having these bags makes framing fun again.Been a carpenter/contractor for over 20 years, I've had at least 5 sets of bags, these are by far the best I have ever owned.I'm a left and every bag I had before was backwards and I had to rotate them around and it was never right. These I can order for left hand (thank you Occidental) and it's perfect, bags are perfectly located and locked in place so they don't move around, the tool pouch has many slots, I really like the plastic holster for my knife.I have my own hammer holster dead center in the back so I never use the leather ones on the pouches. The hardware pouches hold quite a bit and the outer pouch has a divider which is nice cause I frequently need more than 2 types on me at any given time.I have the Occidental suspenders, that combined with the padded belt makes it very comfortable.Definitely worth the money, probably the last tool belt I'll ever need.Disapment doesn't even come close to how I feel about the adjust to fit from Occidental. I've worn the bags 3 days and problems are adding up. First I'd like to mention that after one day the belt looked years old I afraid it will tear tommarrow I'm a 36 waist and I wear the bags above my hips. so there should be no abuse to this part of the bags. Then there's the cats paw loop it angles the tool right into the bottom corner of the bag . It will tear a hole within a week so no cats paw storage. they description is misleading . They adjust only in the back where they cross so if you decide to gain 80 pounds in the hips you will need this. Your square now that will always be a two handed return to its place because it's not a pocket but a space between pouches where there is a storage flap that catches the corner every time. btw if you like the look of loose threads these are for you . Also something to enjoy is the sich point on the adjust hardware it will cut off circulation with a wonderful sharp pain because the bags are constantly pulling tighter as you move great spinal fractures which you will have because the hammer thing is set at an angle with some pocket behind it that I can only assume is for something to protect you from the hammer knocking on your vertebrae as you walk. also it's at an angle that completely keeps you from removing the hammer with your right hand . Which is awesome cause now I can do nails and hammer in my left at the same time or whenever I get to it after some medication for the poor judgement misled decided looks like it was made in China knock off replica of a product . I will be demanding my money back. my plan is start posting on all sites related to the use of these bags .until I'm satisfied with time and pain being helpful to another human being that does not have to suffer from these bags by the way I tried to give no stars it wouldn't let meThese are hands down the greatest bags around. They are incredibly tough, sturdy and can fit anything and everything. The pouches are large and when bending over and moving all around, not a single tool falls out. Also they look amazing and fit for absolute comfort. If you need new bags, occidental is well worth the price!Materials of pouch and belt were top class but I found altering the waist size of the belt made the hammer loop which is fixed to the belt move too far to one side and make it far too uncomfortable to use.As a uk based site carpenter of over 30yrs experience I feel this belt even though it was adjustable would have been more hassle than it was worth . I have returned it to Amazon for a refund.Amazing! absolutely love this pouch. The price is high but it is by far the best I've owned. No cons whatsoever.I have had other Task, Kunys and dewalt nylon tool belts in the past and this does not even compare to others. Some of the leather components take a few weeks to break in but it is by far the most comfortable belt I've ever worn. I would however suggest that if you carry a lot of tool to get suspenders with them because although it does distribute the weight evenly they are fairly large pouches so you tend to keep more tools in them.I’ve been using this tool belt heavily for the past couple months and it is great, very durians very comfortable when used with the airlift suspenders. Only problem is when you put it down all the screws and nails dump out, would recommend the finisher instead of the fat lip. Can fit a drill in the side pockets with ease. Great purchase.I got it two days ago and the labels are branded bad. You can’t even read the type it is. In the picture it shows there’s a bulldog and not a ram. On the label that comes on it there’s a dog too and on the company website. I think these bags are fake or misprints. Very disappointed
