So I know this says it's for an MK6 GTI, but I bought it for my MK6R assuming I'd need to do a little tweaking to it to make it fit, but for the price, I assumed it would be worth it anyway.I used a little double sided tape on the pieces the screw together, just for a little extra support.Because it's not the exact same shape as the R bumper, I couldn't use a few of the pre-drilled holes to mount it, so I made a few of my own.I also used some plastic spacers to support the middle piece where the gap between the bumper is a little bit bigger.Although it needed a little panning to fit my R (my own fault) I am absolutely amazed at how good this looks. It's also surprisingly sturdy, and the gloss black looks great!For $80 you literally can't go wrong, especially if you have a GTI. Buy it now!
